Nexus Fulfillment Notice

The Nexus Insurance Agency is committed to providing timely and accurate delivery of insurance policies and related documents. Policies and endorsements are generally delivered electronically via email within 2 business days of receipt of a completed application. For clients who prefer physical delivery, standard mail is offered at no additional cost. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge, with estimated delivery times provided. If you encounter any errors or discrepancies in your policy or other documents, please contact our customer service team at 877-465-7478 or everyone@nexus-insurance.com. We will promptly investigate and rectify any issues.

In the event of a claim, please email everyone@nexus-insurance.com as soon as you receive the notice. We will forward the claim to the insurance company and provide receipt of claim within 24 hours or receiving.

If you wish to cancel coverage, please notify us in writing immediately and we will process the cancellation for you. Insurance companies may charge a fee for cancelling coverage early. We will notify you immediately if any fees are being charged for cancelling coverage. You can expect refunds to be sent to the account that you provide anywhere from 4-6 weeks after coverage is cancelled. Payments for premium is typically due at the time that insurance coverage is secured. You can pay the premium using a credit card, ACH or payment via check. In some cases the insurance company may bill your premium directly and you may be responsible for any late premium payment fees. 3rd-party premium financing may be available in some cases.
